We had a lovely Christmas stay at the city hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering a free upgrade on our room. The location was great, close to popular attractions and shops. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel at no extra cost.
We did have a slight issue with cleanliness in the room; we found a few small bugs in the bed.
